1299 pwp myko hack

This new mykohack works on the 1310 servers.
Auto sell has been removed because the servers checks the distance between you and the npc you are selling to.
More features like selected auto loot will be added soon.

I'm releasing this to see if it works for all of you, after that i will finish the missing features.
